Is it allowed if a kitten tick shampoo flea / in her eyes?
I just got a kitten today week 8 years only to do once we got home, the kitten was infested with fleas. We gave him 2 baths so far and it has little left lying around his eyes. Is it the shampoo toxic to eyes? The only way to get these chips is to be closer to her eyes. I will not get near her eyes so its really bad for her, but I really need to get these chips.
I hope you really read the label on the flea shampoo! Some products are chips for dogs, some for the cats ...... nothing for two! In addition, it should to say on the label if the shampoo is safe for kittens that age. Most say 12 weeks or more. This shampoo can be toxic ....... not only bad for him but for his whole system! If you read the label and it is normal for cat / kitten 8 weeks, then you agree. Otherwise, you will need for this kind of thing off ASAP, and if there are signs of "poisoning" later tonight or tomorrow, you should take to a veterinarian as soon as possible ....... ........ Always read the label before using any product against fleas. .... especially in kittens. BTW: Hartz flea products have KILLED kittens ........ I hope this is not what you used SAP. Most veterinarians suggest using DAWN SOAP for very young kittens, to get the fleas off ..... shampoos ....... Hope your kitten survives this "treatment". GOOD LUCK .......
