Monday, April 4th, 2011How healthy is it to give costco / Kirkland dog biscuits to my beagle twice a day?
I'm personally opposed to the idea because I read that beagles have lots of health problems but I'm trying to pick my battles with my parents on this. My parents are extremely stubborn and the only way to convince them to not do something is to blow it out of proportion and basically be a dick about it which explains why I would like to pick my battles. The back of the 15 lb box of extra large biscuits read "recommended not to exceed 2 biscuits per 10 lbs" and my dog is 30 lbs. Theoretically it should be fine but if anyone was to see the siz of these biscuits... They're about the size of the x-large milkbones that are recommended for the huge dogs only. Any professional opinions before I go into tantrum mode and put my plan into action for the health of my best friend (which I pay all medical bills for)?
One or two a day is fine..
