Sentry Flea Tick
Wednesday, April 13th, 20116.5 mo. toy poodle groomed 4/22. Applied Sentry Pro XFC flea and tick. Dog having allergic reaction. Help?!
She will not settle in to sleep; she's moving (ticking) constantly, and is scratching her entire body along the carpet for hours now. She also threw up more than once and is sneezing. This has not happened when I've used other inexpensive flea protection directly on her skin. I'm so worried that something serious is going on. I'm currently unemployed, and cannot afford medical attention for my pet just now. What are my options to relieve her pain/stress - home remedies? I appreciate any expertise you can share with me. Thank you.
Give her a bath and try and wash off as much (if not all) of the medicine you put on her. If you have some baby benedryl cut it in half and give that to her. It will help with the itching and will put her to sleep.
