Where to find Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth?

I need to buy some food grade diatomaceous earth (for flea control), but I have no idea what kind of store to look for it in. Could someone give me a hint? Oh, and if anyone in the Santa Barbara, CA area knows of a specific store that carries d.e. that would be great!

Places like Lowes and farm supply stores have it. The kind you find from pool supply stores is the wrong kind.
