Nutro Dog Food For similar?
So my two Shiba Inus eat Nutro Max mini piece of dog food and they love it. It makes their coat nice and sweet, and shit a lot less than they did when eating Iams. But with all the recalls, I want to move to a "safer" food. Is there a dog food out there with similar tastes and results and is about the same price. I'm looking at the following foods but do not know they are similar, and if my dogs like them. My only dog likes the food Chichen flavored. AvoDerm Chicken and Brown Rice food blue Buffalo Chicken (perhaps too expensive) So, any other suggestions for food. Nutro is 22.00 for a bag of 17 pounds and I would go around 25.00 for a bag of 17 pounds for Pet Supplies More. Thank you.
The more you cook your own food, then you know it is pretty safe. There are just too many remember now, it's scary. Just last week, I gave my dog barking & mini bars suddenly, she received a significant diarrhea in the middle of the night. We checked online and was recalled on June 29 The same day, she consumed. Peanut butter contaminated. God thank you, my dog is not dead. She also just gave birth to weaning and her puppies. I hope it does not spread to them through her milk. My God! I was so mad. So you want to be extra extra careful, I suggest you cook your own. This way, you also know it's 100% authentic, unlike commercial foods.
