What do I do when I am done using 3 whole chickens for a 6 months supply of chicken stock?
I absolutely love this recipe I got from Barefoot Contessa
It is simple but very flavorful.
I am just having a hard time figuring out what to do with the 3 whole chickens that I used.
What can I or should do with them???
And if I just store them I am gonna have the same problem when I take them out again.
So any suggestions or recipes????
i think the best things to do with a lot of chicken is too invite some people over and make a big one pot dish for all to share and enjoy.. something like a curry, casarole or a stew sounds good. Or even something like chicken wraps. There is lots you can do.
Chicken ala king is my personal favourite!
