Is it healthy to loose 40 lbs in 5 months?
Ive been on a diet for 5 months now.I have lost about 40-45 lbs, it changes sometimes.Im 14 turning 15, about 5'3''. I use to weigh 183 but now i weigh about 140.So I only need to loose 10 more and im done according to the doctor.I do excercise, but i lost the weight by medication that was PRESCRIBED by the DOCTOR.And i was given vitamins with the pills, but now i dont take them everyday, only every other day so my body wont get too use to them.I would like to know if this is healthy? And like i said i am dieting, so i dont drink soda or eat none of the things im not suppose to.I excersice about 3 times a week, but i dance everyday.
I ask this question because some people in school say im loosing weight too quickly, and that worries me because i dont want to gain it back.I dont want all that hard work to go to waste...
